Limited onsite registration will be available during posted registration hours at the Talking Stick Resort (Scottsdale, AZ). Acceptable methods of payment are credit card or check. No cash or purchase orders.
Your registration includes CLE education, (1) THU Lunch Ticket, (1) THU Reception Ticket, and (1) FRI Lunch Ticket. You may increase your number of luncheon tickets and/or add a guest reception ticket during registration purchase.

NEW DATABASE | When you register for this event, you will be prompted to create an account with our new database. All returning FBA members and users must first “Sign Up” to connect to the new online portal. If you were a previous portal user, your old credentials will no longer work. More information and a helpful video is available online.
Group Registrations: Organizations may register multiple attendees with a single payment using the Register Now button at the top of the page. To begin, an account must be created through the FBA Portal, followed by navigating to Registration > Group Registration. If no group appears, select +Start a New Group. Attendees can be added using the Register Attendee button. If an individual does not appear in the dropdown menu, select Add Someone Not on This List. Once attendee information and registration type are confirmed, the process can be repeated until all participants have been added. To finalize, select Complete Group Purchase to review and submit payment. Confirmation emails will be sent to both the group administrator and all registered attendees. When registering on behalf of someone else, ensure the attendee’s information is entered accurately.
Online group registration will close on Friday, March 20 at 11:59 PM (ET). After this date, groups wishing to register should contact meetings@fedbar.org for assistance.
Accommodations: Submit onsite dietary and/or accessibility requests through the online registration form or contact events@fedbar.org at the time of registration. The FBA will provide assistance if a timely request for accommodation is received. Assistance may not be available if an adequate notice period is not provided.
Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations received by Friday, March 13 entitle registrants to a full refund. Cancellations received between Saturday, March 14–Friday, April 3 are subject to an administrative charge of $50 (or the value of your registration ticket, whichever is lesser). No cancellation requests will be accepted after Friday, April 3, but the conference materials will still be made available. After the posted cancellation date, registrations may be transferred to another attendee but not refunded. No-shows will be billed. Exceptions to the cancellation deadline will be made for emergencies and valid medical issues submitted with supporting documentation. All cancellation requests must be received via email to events@fedbar.org.
Invoice Policy: Conference registrations should be processed online by the individual or organization using a credit card. Organizations can process group registrations online within one payment transaction using the primary registration sign-up page. The association will only issue a registration invoice if the participant requires a formal invoice to secure payment for participation. Registration invoice requests will not be accepted within two weeks of the event date. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt or by the event date, whichever is sooner. Failure to make payment within the stipulated timeframe may result in the revocation of attendance privileges.
Scholarship: A limited number of discounted conference tickets are available through an established scholarship program. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and be involved in Indian law issues through law practice, governmental agencies, or educational institutions. The deadline for scholarship submissions is Friday, February 6 Recipients may register at a discounted rate of $400, but are responsible for hotel accommodation, transportation, meals not listed, and personal expenses. Recipients will be notified by Friday, February 20. No more than 30 scholarship recipients will be selected. Learn more and apply.

Photography & Video Release: Registrants, instructors, exhibitors, and guests attending FBA meetings agree they may be photographed and/or recorded during the event. Photographs and video content are the sole property of the FBA, which reserves the right to use attendees’ names and likenesses in promotional materials without providing monetary compensation.
Financial Assistance: Program registrants (both FBA members and nonmembers) who are unable to afford the registration fee may receive a 50% discount on the member rate. Qualifying attorneys include those who are unemployed or actively seeking employment. A formal letter requesting the discount must be emailed to meetings@fedbar.org. That letter needs to state the reason for the attorney’s interest in the course or activity, as well as proof of income or an explanation of the financial hardship, and it must be signed by the requesting lawyer.
